Exchange Policy
In the case of picking the wrong size or order mistakes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and shipping of the replacement item. Exchanges can only be made for the same items as ordered. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.
No Refunds
We do not accept Refunds. We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and images before completing your order to ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection.
Damaged/Defective or incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at solaraebrands@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or another appropriate action. Please ensure that you provide clear images of the damage or defect for our reference. If an order is incorrect being that you received the wrong size or product as your order suggests, we can offer refunds/ exchanges for the correct order on us.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. As a result, we cannot accommodate order cancellations. Please double-check your order, including shipping details and product selection, before confirming your purchase.
